Learn how to organize your key instructional resources by creating folders and setting specific access permissions for staff members. Your Classroom Mosaic Assistant has access to these resources in order to better support your users.
Tip: - Only certain users in each account have access to manage and add resources.
There are limits to the number of resources that can be added (based on type of account/contract).
Check with your Client Success Coach or [email protected] if you have questions about access or limits.

Important: Managing Access
Alert: Resources are NOT automatically shared with users in the system.
You will need to give users access to resources you add.
You can share access at the folder or file level.
Files within a folder have the same access as the folder.
Best Practice: Gather all files shared with certain users in the same folder.
Access can be given to all users, specific roles (administrators, teachers, etc), or specific users.
22. To manage access for a folder, click the three dots.
23. Click "Manage access" to see access options.
24. The default is "No access." To change that, click on "No Access"
25. Most common access is Can View. Click "Can View" to change the access.
26. Click "Done" to save the access.
27. If you want to have more specific access, type in the search bar.
28. One example: search for and select the Principal and Assistant Principal positions.
29. Click "Add"
30. Click "Done"
Seeing Total Usage
31. Click "Resources Usage"
32. You can see how much of your total storage/files you have used.
